I received a messed up order missing items and one of my cups was crushed so they put tap over the lid which I did not notice and when it was in my car the lid popped off and spilled all over my car. I called and informed them what happened they said it was not their problem that I should have check the cups before I left. I went down to speak to a manager and when I did the manager said she wouldn't give me a refund and everything was there and it was not. Horrible rude staff will never go to this Burger King again

I usually get the chicken nuggets and fries. I always have to ask for the sauce and the fries are overly salted!!! I've literally seen a girl just standing there pouring salt on them instead of lightly shaking it on. A man told me once while waiting to order that he asks for no salt so he gets FRESH FRIES! I walk in and never eat there. I also have had to drive back when food has been old and hard, they have replaced but I wish they'd make better fries, and give you sauces. Service is sometimes good and other times it's not been good. Also once a woman was rude about coupons you get in mail, saying "Well it's government and they send them out...for poor people!" 😳 Seriously? I think most people like a good deal!!!
